As a Registered Massage Therapist, Somatic Healer, and Business Coach, I don’t just work with the body, mind+spirit, I work with the story my clients have been carrying for decades, possibly generations and past lives and I help reprogram them!
My clients often cry when they see me, not because I’m scary (I hope), but because they finally feel safe.

Acknowledged.

Just held... yes, even though the screen during my virtual sessions.
They say I have resting safe face because what’s shared in sessions, stays in sessions and most of all they know they are safe to let go. I am a recovering overachiever. professional truth talker and lipstick healer (according to my husband).
I don’t fit the typical “earthy and hippy” vibe, and honestly? I’m ok with it.
I help high-achievers who feel the quiet pull of self-doubt, exhaustion, and that nagging sense that something’s missing: imposter syndrome, money blocks, emotional exhaustion, and quiet self-sabotage behind closed doors.

In 2008 I walked away from my cushy corporate HR job, heels in one hand, soul in the other.
I wasn’t meant to sit in boardrooms managing other people’s chaos.
I was meant to help them release it.
I blend psychosomatic healing, energy work and deep nervous system regulation to help high achievers stop performing for love, approval and success and finally start receiving all of it instead.
Because the truth?
You don’t need to work harder.
You just need to feel safer.

I’m Helena!
I ditched the corporate grind in 2008 and started my own massage & business and honestly... it was the best decision I ever made. I proudly wear the hat of a healer and all things biz, body, mind and spirit.
Don't let my English accent fool you-I’ve been navigating life in Canada since 1999. I don't look like your typical healer and I don't do things by societal standards either.
I’ve been in the massage + spa industry for over 16 years, with a past life in corporate HR (yep, I’ve lived both worlds).
A recovering people pleaser turned pattern spotter; I now help high-functioning women get to the root of what’s really going on beneath the pain, stress and the sabotage.
